2. Week one: All students will write down one days daily intake of food and drink. 3. Week Two: Individually students will asses their fitness gram Cards Each student will then write down one short term goal that they can obtain within the week You will then place your goal on the class blog sitehttp://5thgradePEclass.blogspot.com
4. Week Three: Students will assess their fitness gram test Students will determine one long term fitness goal they can obtain by the end of the school year Student will then put their long term goal on the blog site Http://5thgradePEclass.blogspot.com
5. Week Four: Students will write down one days worth Of healthy food choices: Breakfast Snack Lunch Snack Dinner snack/dessert Then put them on the blog site http://5thgradePEclass.blogspot.com
6. Expectations: Students will enter weeks blog by the following class period I will be checking frequently to see if students are entering information and I will comment on entries Students may comment positively on other students information and encourage
